Oh, it's just what they call each other. Storywise, they're both straight guys, but of course the yaoi fangirls insist that they're secretly lusting after each other. Hence moments like this just make them go nuts.

Of course, I refuse to believe they're into each other as I really want Tamaki (the light haired dood) to end up with the leading girl. Well, at least if I can't have him ^_^;;
