Masculinity doesn't have anything to do with behaving like an asshole, being uneducated and giving no damn about it (living like "stupid and having fun being it") and delivering sentence-creations from a buzzword bingo.
This is much, much more an issue of having no manners.
And manners are neither male or female, they just belong to how humans get along with each other in a society.
(Incredibly large masses of people don't have any manners anymore these days, btw. See that people quickly flip out just at the drop of a hat or whenever they don't get what they want and don't get treated like a noble.)
