Exactly the ground I come from...
I just keep seeing the phenomenon over and over again - as soon as people read any of Marx' works, the only thing they're still capable of after that is quoting him and getting entangled in hopelessly theoretical, maybe academic, meta discussions.
Hopelessly boring and hopelessly avoiding touch with concrete reality.
My brain thinks it already had all this - when you can quote the words of a particular person to almost any situation in life, like a fanatic -, and it lead to no gain.
Aiming for a gain, stuff like this doesn't get anyone a step further, my brain realized.
Practice matters more than having read works and scripts.
