The White House gossip anonymously reported in the press is that the President's mood is currently swinging between "How do I keep Democrats from stealing this election from me" to "I guess I'll have to run again in 2024".

It wouldn't be the first time an ex-President ran for re-election after an intervening term.  Grover Cleveland did so in 1892 ( Read more... )

Well, not only that he or his circles state that themselves that he's going to have 2024 campaign - by the way your presidential election system is designed, as long as he didn't serve 8 years in total, he can keep coming back for as long as he is alive and nothing is found to speak against that health-wise (like dementia or so).
And Trump is such a person who's willing to try. He's such a bold person which can't lose and be fair.
So there's the chance that you're going have to put up with him in a 2024 election campaign...
