super duper extreme humidity

I do not remember the last time it was this humid. Every outdoor surface is receiving condensation, even surfaces that don't usually do that. When I looked up the neighborhood weather station online last night, the dew point was higher than the temperature. I thought this was supposed to be impossible

Yep, since the relative humidity cannot exceed 100%, the dew point can never be higher than the temperature. I imagine there was some kind of a lag in one of the measurements at your local weather station. They should fix their algorithm or something.

I don't even have asthma and I can't do much outside when the humidity is close to 100% either.

Florence is now visiting us here in New York. Lots of water. Very wet. One of the wettest we've ever seen from the standpoint of water.
