If Fuji copied the perverted wind to look up guys shirts with Hakugei, what about the other counters?

Tsubame Gaeshi makes people bend down, which good for obvious reasons... but what about Higuma Otoshi? Is it so the opponet can check out Fuji's ass? Or does Fuji like it when people jump up for the smash (more wayward shirts?), but then he truns away...

Inui clearly needs to observe Fuji observing asses. Only, if Fuji was observing Inui's ass, would they just start spinning around in a circle? Such are the mysteries of the universe. :P
