With Echizen, the only way Tezuka knew how to communicate was:

In my brain canon, Tezuka starts every conversation with Echizen this way:

"Echizen, be Seigaku's pillar of support! Can you go get the extra equipment from the clubhouse?"

"Echizen, be Seigaku's pillar of support! You left your math book in the locker room after practice."

"Echizen, be Seigaku's pillar of support! Can I borrow a cup of flour?"

Echizen's reaction to all of this, of course, is: o.O
