So, I was telling one of my best friends about Johnny's Jrs. and some of the groups. And I brought up how MatsuJun, Aiba, and Nino all were in a group together "with this other guy named Ikuta Toma". & she said she wanted to hear them, but I told her I could never find a song by M.A.I.N when I searched. So we looked around again and STILL NOTHING.

Well, I DO know them but... (and here I'm just guessing) as a Junior group maybe they hadn't released anything such singles or CDs... so the only performances you'll find are old videos (those kind of video you can see sometimes, where a bunch of little kids are dancing around...)

I think these are quite rare though :(
Try to put this as a question in a community, and let's see if someone can help you better ;)

Yeah, they probably don't have a single. I'm just not sure of a song title to search with them because I don't know, but yeah, I know what you're talking about.

Even they were group, they didn't have their own song...and I rarely saw they sang only 4 of them...mostly they sang with other juniors as well...
but there was this song "Midnight Train", the song used in their stage play. There were times they sang just 4 of them and times they sang with the others.
