Well, it was! I'm quite used to the way my mind typically works, you know. Which isn't to say I let myself get caught in patterns, but it was really very different to have such a...simple mindset.

Well, I can grab things with it and it likes to wrap around my leg when I'm walking to keep out of the way... So maybe it's fully? I don't really know. Is there some sort of test I can do?
Hm...Well, fully prehensile tails tend to have a bare patch to hold on to things, and they're stronger than partially prehensile ones--a lot of New World monkeys have those. If it's not that strong or dexterous, or has full covering it completely, it's probably partially prehensile.
