I sure am asking a lot of questions lately.

Where's your favorite sushi place? I specifically am looking for good vegetable and/or avocado rolls. And possibly plain fried rice.

food, sushi

Siki is really good. I like them. I also like Jun's Authentic on 75th and State line and Stix in the Legends.

The Kamakazi roll at Jun's is my current favorite roll ever. It used to be the tempura shrimp at Sakura, but they changed their method of making that, so I don't like it as much.

I've been enjoying Domo in Brookside.

I've been there once, and I didn't enjoy the experience much. The service left something to be desired, and the food seemed overpriced for the quality to me.

As I recall, what my group ordered was an order of edamame and nigirizushi by the piece.

Wa on Mass Street in Lawrence is the best sushi I've ever had. And I've eatten sushi in KC, Washington DC, Atlanta, Boston, and San Francisco.

Wa has amazingly delicious veg options and a lovely atmosphere with wonderful sushi chefs.

Go to the Wa in Lawrence. Seriously, the sushi doesn't get any better than that. I recommend the avocado, shiitake mushroom, asparagus, and "veggie" rolls.

If you're north of the river, I recommend Kato's, I-29 and Barry Rd. I also like Matsu in Westport, but I seem to be in the minority on that one.
