Another one to avoid: Superior Moving Co. I've never had more broken furniture and other items.

unfortunately - it is a one-party consent state. So, it is absolutely legal for them to record phone conversations without your knowledge. They can't BROADCAST it in MO, but they can record it all they wish and never tell you.

I am terrible at things like keeping records - and it leads to a lot of situations in which I had.

I used them once and I won't ever again. The movers were really unprofessional and asking me details about why I was moving and why I would move from a house to the apt. I was moving into etc. I'm a single woman and it was a little creepy!
