Because it was mentioned last weekend - they're going to try the A/C installation on top of the UMB Building at 10th and Grand again this weekend, so Grand will be closed.

Because of recent weather events in Kansas City, last weekend’s airlift was rescheduled to Saturday, February 9

hahaha you kids at PB lofts have fun with that noise. i remember sometime last year after i moved into my loft they shut down wyandotte and flew a helicopter back and forth down the street... stupid thing woke me up. grrr.

it wasn't noisy last weekend... they had all their crap unloaded and crap sprawled out in the road... i looked out the window and i was like...oh, odd, grand is blocked off and a cop car is sitting there... so I went down to scope it out....but it wasn't noisy.

Now that water main break? THREE AM IN THE MORNING MAN! JACKHAMMERIN THE DAMN STREET! I should've thrown my shitty computer at them...damn!

Hopefully this doesn't interfere with the anime convention going on downtown. I'm going to have to drive a bunch down there during the weekend.
