There's Spencers Gifts at Oak Park Mall, but their selection seems mostly geared toward things that only crass young males would find humorous--you know, poop and sex and the like. You probably won't find anything vintage there though.

Twisted Sister on 39th Street (about 2.5 blocks east of State Line) in midtown. I've always considered it to be like a more intelligent version of Spencers.
