Elfangor pushed through the foliage, occasionally using his tail to cut a path for them through particularly thick patches. He wished he was bigger so that it wouldn't take so many swipes of his tail, but there wasn't much he could do about that.

He'd stopped calling out for his mother and father so frequently. He didn't want Mail to think he was a baby, after all! So he just kept his eyes and ears alert. He'd been beginning to worry that they wouldn't ever find his parents, but Mail's words made him perk up.

< That would be cool! > He tried using the colloquialism that he learned from Mail, and decide he liked it.

Mikey pushed is way through the forest. He was done with all the wonder of it all and he wanted to go home to his father and brothers. Where were they? "Master Splinter? Leo? Raph? Donny?" The little turtle pouted a bit, were they all hiding from him? Was this a mean joke? Mikey let out a sad sigh and shoved his way through another bush, only to run face first into some blue furry thing. "Hey!" Mikey yelped as he toppled backwards onto the ground.

He stared at the blue alien with an astonished look. He's never seen one of those before! There was a pause, "Hi." Mikey said finally with a smile (he was not a shy child after all), "I'm Mikey, who are you?"

Elfangor jumped at that shout. < Ah! What-? >

He stared back at this new person. Green? There certainly were several strange-colored aliens around here! < My name is Elfangor. > He darted a glance back to Mail with his stalk eyes. < This is Mail! He's my best friend. Are you lost too? >

Mail was a shy child, but he sort of forgot to be now, between indignation--what was this, crash-into-people day, or something?--and the way Elfangor introduced him, and the talking turtle.

He shot Elfangor a quick grin, and took a protective step closer to him.

"We're on a quest," he said, very seriously, but the grin broke out again. "You can talk!"

Riding along Fai's spell felt no different from his own really - and why should it? It didn't matter the time between, Fai's magic was still just as familiar as his own, felt as safe and secure wrapped around him as his own, so it wasn't until the effects faded and the three boys were standing in the grass that Yuui tightened his grip on both Fai and Youou's hands.

There's a shy step back, just enough to stand a bit behind the other two, though his wide cerulean eyes took in everything before him with a clear curiosity. And it was his voice that called out with a hesitant excitement, "Hello? Mail? Mail, we're here!"

Fai had never done the transportation spell alone before. True, he'd only done it once, but then Yuui had been taller, more experienced. Fai remembered the way he'd explained it, how the magic that seemed so incomprehensibly complex smoothed into simplicity when looked at through the lens of Yuui's words.

Well, that was fine. It was his turn to show how easy it could be. He would give Yuui nothing to be ashamed of.

"It's okay, Yuui," He murmured, and returned the comforting squeeze, then raised his voice alongside his twin's, "Hello~o?"

Youou stumbled, looking around with wide eyes.

"You--but--we were just--"

So this was the twins' magic. He'd seen his mother build wards and barriers before--but never a teleportation spell. He gulped, protectively scooting in front of Fai and Yuui at the sight of more people.

"Hey guys!" Mail came hurrying over when he heard Yuui's voice, not at full speed, because he was tugging Elfangor along by his hand. Aw, man, he'd missed them getting here. Mail had really wanted to see what it looked like when they did magic. But maybe they'd do some more.

The kid they brought with them was bigger than Mail, and he stopped before he quite got to the little group, suddenly a little nervous.

"Hey guys," he said again. "This is Elfangor. He's my best friend!"
