Gah, I meant to ask this here earlier. I can de-age to a younger age for the first two days then age up a bit for the third day to being a teenager, yeah?

So long as the memories only update to the new age, yes that's fine. Each morning they can wake up a bit older if you like~

Question: if my character has already been de-aged in the previous event (like... a year ago), will she, in her kiddified state, remember what has happened to her then (only the things that happened to her while she was kiddified)?

Up to you! If she's from the same time/age as the last time, then it's all good if you want her to remember.
