Uchiha Madara is an extremely dangerous man. Though he has not demonstrated any dangerous or otherwise threatening behavior in the past five months, he cannot be trusted. His primary objective, however, is to destroy his enemy, which would be Konoha. Allies of Konoha would also be seen as enemies. I would assume that anyone who is irrelevant to Konoha would therefore not be a target.

Be advised that Madara is extremely volatile and is not easily predictable. He is also immensely powerful and extremely manipulative.

Take what Kakashi said to heart, Valeria-san. It is probably best to just leave him be because the last thing you want is to provoke him. 'Allies' or 'friends' of Konoha will never be shown mercy, even if you are from a different world. He does not fear anything, not even the gods.

Understood. I did not believe Madara someone to be taken lightly, so I thought it best to ask for both your input regarding him. Balthier and I spoke regarding these recent events and we will not be engaging him unless we are forced. That applies to provoking him as well. Still, I can't help but wonder why y

If there is any pertinent information you believe we would benefit from knowing regarding Madara, I we would be happy to receive it. In two days' time, I will be traveling to Water Country to survey the damage done there for myself. If you would like a report of my findings, please do not hesitate to let me know.

As previously stated, I will be attempting to remedy my lack of personal communication outside of reports in the future.

Beyond what we have told you, there is nothing more I can add, other than the fact that it would be in your best interests to evade him. If you do have to deal with him, it may be best that you do not disclose your affiliation with myself or Iruka. This is, of course, for your own personal safety. Madara will not hesitate to kill you.
