[ They're everywhere -- handbills, posted on village walls and bulletin boards, in places of business, surreptitiously tossed through the streets. Some Celestials read the parchment, deep frowns on their faces before they crumple it up in anger and toss it away. Others read it carefully, seeming to contemplate the words, glancing about before pocketing the bill. It isn't clear where these handbills came from, but they've managed to circulate throughout all Celestial villages.
