And lowing.
That voice. And lowing. Bovine lowing.
He's scrubbing the dirt off his face from the fall while fumbling wildly for his Hitomi.
What.
Just.
...There are zombies and Akuma and Kanda drinking blood water and tentacle things and nightmares and Lenalee looking at shadows like they might stab her and the Earl and people running and screaming and scared and-
... and then there is Tyki.
With his cows.]
... Tyki?
[Excuse him. Manners, forgotten. Oh, right. Noah. Also forgotten a bit. Private? What's that? Screw you, Link. ... Okay, not really.]

[Of course he enjoys his white life. The idea of a rematch with Allen appeals to him. At poker, of course. But, well. With the Boss around and active, things might not be simple any more.]
[And that's fine with Tyki too. After all, if you can't be evil, life just isn't as fun. The black side makes the white all the sweeter, and the white provides balance for the black. He has to be careful not to lose his white side, but... Pushing the balance is fun too.]
[At least this all promises to be amusing. Interesting. More exciting than he'd hoped.]
[And hey, if the Boss ever gives him time off, maybe he and Road can cook up another plot for the Exorcists. Like the Ark. Just for old time's sake.]
After all, I might surprise you.

It could be nothing, of course, especially since this apparently-new guy has been quite civil so far, but better be safe than sorry.]

[She wants to smack herself for talking nicely to the guy. Now she really hopes he won't get back on her about that storytelling.]

[It's trailed off because actually, he feels a little guilty about that.
Road had been making progress.]
He was here before, Tyki... But yes. Ah... three. Sort of. The one that leads all of them... I just heard from him, too. He's called the Earl.
[It's a long pause because he feels he should apoligize for that, his world and its dark things coming here.]

He smiles even if she can't see it, leaning back against the wall; tone deceitfully light.]
It's not as bad as it could be. Everyone is safe. Mizusato now.
[Curios glance - right, at nothing. He's become a little used to the video function.]

I spoke to Ame-no-Uzume. And she told me that the us that's here... it's a sort of "copy". That there's still another us at home. That we exist in both places at once.

[Well, what happened. Pause again. How silly. He smiles more genuinely, picking the fragments of what all that means up.]
It makes a lot of sense given everything. I'm... glad.
At least we haven't really left, if that's true...

[He seems to have perked up a bit. She's happy about that. And she's also happy that this truth - if it is truth - exists.
She doesn't know what she would've done if that hadn't come when it did.
But then he says something else, and she jumps on that. Not really gods? What is that supposed to mean?]
