[Oh god, ew, those teeth.

If it was anyone else (except Mukuro) she might be interested in a party. But this lady - ew, to the no.]

What party are we talking about?

A welcoming party or something for all the new people?

Jessica. Good morning to you.

It's a surprise. But I would like to welcome everyone.

The party?

It's going to be everywhere.

[he wasn't angry with anyone, really, for bringing him here. sure, he would have liked it if nunnally came along, but -- a chance to see someone who died? he's okay with that -- a little bit, at least.

and then this ... well, he'll be fine. she just woke him up is all. so he smiles, obviously having no idea what's going on or why everyone seems to be in a bad mood (or maybe he doesn't care -- who knows).] Good morning. [turning his head only to yawn before he looks back.] You're throwing a party ...? Hm, what do you need brought to the shrine?

Kururugi Suzaku. Good morning. [A bit more of a smile for you, Suzaku, since you said good morning to her as well.]

I would appreciate a dead thing.

Preferably something that used to move.

[if he had been any more awake than he was, he would have questioned the use of his name, one he had yet to reveal to anyone (unless they were lelouch or c.c., but those were his accomplices), so the smile only settles in. then again, he's in the sacred tree. who feel negatively here anyway.

and then the dead thing. oh. not that he has any more qualms about killing things that weren't human, but still.] A dead something ... like an animal?

An animal would be okay.

Or a person.

That would also be okay.

[ Lelouch doesn't like this post. Actually, scratch that, he is Creeped the Fuck Out by this post. He doesn't like being suddenly, inexplicably compelled to check his Hitomi. He doesn't like this goddess (what else could she be but a goddess, after all). He doesn't like her teeth (irrational? of course). He doesn't like the way she speaks ( ... )

Hello, Lelouch. It's nice to get to talk to you.

You can call me Ukemochi.

[ Okay, truth be told, Lelouch felt his heart rate spike when she said his name. Staying calm, though. Staying focused. ]

Ukemochi. It's an honor. I had no idea such a being would wish to speak with me.

I am always happy to have someone to talk to.

You seem like a nice sort of person.

You were kicked out too, weren't you.

[Something in this face sends his mind hurtling back to the moments before he'd been brought to this place--those few terrifying seconds of staring down Visser Three's gullet. Staring into the abyss. The face of death.

Elfangor isn't entirely certain of who (or what) this is... but the message makes his skin prickle, and he feels something dreadfully close to the instinct to run that strikes just prior to a storm.

This is, perhaps, a warning for a storm of sorts to come then?]

What sort of party is this?

Like a harvest festival.

When one's labor finally bears fruit.

[At first Iskierka is very, very grumpy. She feels that it was very rude of this person- whoever they may be- to disrupt everyone's sleep to talk about parties. Really, it would be much more sensible to just wait until morning to talk about parties. She has half a mind to tell this woman off for it, a sort of bravery that came from not knowing who this person is.

But then she hears the bit about being snatched away from home, and she is awake with a start. Iskierka is much more interested in getting home than she is in any party, but she is at least patient enough to wait for this woman to finish speaking before talking.]

Who are you? What do you know about our abductor?

[Her voice is half-curious, half-commanding. She does want more answers, but at the moment she is calm enough to talk about this without getting upset. She is a very impatient creature, though, and she has trouble listening if she doesn't hear what she wants to hear.

If nothing else, this should be an interesting conversation.]

Good morning, Iskierka. I'm Ukemochi.

As for the ones who abducted you, I used to live in their house. But they made me leave.

[Normally she would stop to nitpick details, like how it's not really morning yet. But this person might have answers, and Iskierka is far more focused on that right now.]

Do you know why they abducted us? And when we are meant to return home would be good knowledge to have as well, the war effort will suffer without my presence on the battlefield.

[That's a flimsy excuse: she just wants to get back to her captain. The war is only important because it makes her captain happy when they win battles and protect England.]
