[Yuui has to wonder at the sight of those mismatched eyes if this Juudai was similar to Syaoran-kun. If his soul was a borrowed gift that had a timer on how long he'd get to keep it.
(He had to wonder just how much time was left on that particular timer as well.)
But for now, with this odd child, he was more than a touch curious... because if he could figure out his flaws it might help deal with Syaoran once he arrived here too.
And if nothing else... he has to be sure this boy was not a threat to his brother. Because threats are, in truth, easier to deal with before they have a chance to inflict harm on Fai.
So here, have a perfectly friendly smile as he props his chin on his palm.]
So...do you ask for yourself because you are no longer yourself, or do you ask for yourself because you've forgotten yourself, child?
...then have faith in that promise, if nothing else.
[Yuui's own voice is subdue now, the echo of a once constant pain there in the softly spoken words. Because while he doesn't know just how these two are bound, or the purpose for which their fates are woven so deeply...
He knows how terrible the torment is to feel that hand slip away from your grasp, separated from touch and, aside from the glint of tears that fall like shards of ice, sight.
And while he wouldn't say it, not to this person and certainly not now, he suddenly needs the comfort of touch for himself, for all that he can feel the steady, rhythmic pulse of his twin's magic entwined so deeply with his own. All he does say is:]
If you need anything before he gets back, please do not hesitate to let me know. But I'm sure he's doing everything in his power to get back to you until then.

Please go away.
[ Night has finally fallen. Yubel is sitting in front of the Amaterasu Shrine, with Juudai's knees curled to his chest. She has ducked his head so that his eyes arent' visible. ]
[There's not much he can say to that request, now is there? He's already overstepped his bounds, by far, though he'd only done the stepping to try to tell her that he can empathize with her current situation.
Not that it matters - he's not going to press the issue of another pain. All he does do is murmur a quit 'forgive the intrusion' before flicking the Hitomi off entirely and leaving the kitchen.
Without a word, he goes over to where his twin is sitting on a blanket on the grass and just curls his long frame around the boy, contents himself with the slight weight of his twin's form as he leans back against him.]
