You can use this Isane one I'm posting with, if you like. I made it ages ago. I also have some gorgeous manga ones of Yoruichi that other users made as well as a pretty Unohana one (I can't do manga icons for nuthin'). I wish I could help more but I can't make icons with this laptop.
