...how does one get a nursing degree completely online? Don't you need, like, on the job experience?

That's just it! People who graduate from their RN program have trouble finding jobs because they don't have any hospital experience.

And I would think a Masters in Education would require some actual teaching experience. My undergrad college certainly does for their Nursing Education program. But then again, it's a legit college...
