My first plagiarism experience. This person didn't even bother to strip my (real) name from the fic... They just declared that they (online nick) were the author...

Have written to fictionpress to complain, I wonder if anything will happen. I am unhappy to have some random person claiming to be the real me!

More seriously, have you come across stop_plagiarism? They may very well be helpful, and it's a little less isolating when you're not on your own with this one. But I'm sorry it happened - I never have been able to comprehend any pleasure in unearned praise.
