Sun!!

Today was nice. It was sunny, for one thing. I was beginning to think that we'd all drown.

I finished off I, Claudius, which was brilliant (review forthcoming), bought some uber-cheap graphic novels at my local library, and hung out with queenspanky. We watched The Prestige, which was very good, if rather soulless, and also sat in the garden for 0.3 seconds

Looking forward to the I, Claudius review. And you must watch the tv show now, for the absolutely awesome performances and brilliant scripts!

Also, I want to read Claudius the God. Any good?

I read both books as one (due to the edition I had, I didn't find out they were originally published separately until later) and thus don't separate them in my mind, either. Which is to say, yes, it is.

Well, I've ordered it at the library... my bank balance won't allow for a last minute purchase, but they're usually pretty good at getting in the goods within a week or two of placing a reservation, so... *g*
