Ooo, lovely couple of pieces, the first amusing the second dark, and fitting together wonderfully. I thought that the sensitivity at the sides was related to G'Kar having been flogged by Cartagia, but the more general revelation is perfect.

This line kind of summed up all that is wonderful about Londo and G'Kar, and it made me snort aloud, although the continuation was saddening and terribly belivable. You catch all the humor and angst very well here, I could definitely see them in a relationship like this, with Londo still bearing the weight of his race's sins...
