I went to see Serenity last night, with erykah101. I am a fan of Firefly; erykah101 has seen maybe one episode. I know all the character names and background; erykah101 knows her Joss meta. Really, between the two of us, we were pretty representative of Joss' fanbase.

Hee, hopefully it isn't obviously spoilery if people are just glancing through - I tried to keep the referencing to source material to a minimum whilst indulging in unmitigated meta. Mmmm, meta. *g*

And, OMG, was the whole thing ever so much fun! Something occured to me this morning after my brain started working re: a plot point which I obviously didn't ask Joss about, being half-dead with teh drugs, so I'm kicking myself now. Must ask at the next public appearance.
