India trip (Delhi-Jaipur-Agra-Goa 2012)

Yes, eventually I decided to start writing my blog in English, because I've got a strong feeling that I need to reanimate it.

India is a truly intriguing unrevealed secret for me. I spent the whole month there last year and felt an interesting connection between my personality and the country itself. Who knows I might have living there one of my last lives? :)  Never had the same feeling in any of 25 countries which I've been to.

So in autumn me and my BF were gathering mushrooms in forest and surprisingly he agreed very quickly to go to India with me. He obviously didn't know where we were supposed to go. And just before the trip every night he told me all the horrors that had heard from the colleges: somebody died because of defteria, that I need to make all possible vaccinations in order to survive and etc. I tried to convince him, that what are you expecting to be in the life will be certainly realised, cause our thoughts have an ability to materialise and bla bla bla. But he prepared for real fight!

Fortunately, all the itinerary I should prepare by myself so I was very happy because of the level of freedom.

In the very moment I remembered my child dream. Once I was watching a TV program about India and it was shown Jaipur-the Pink city. So my first point was Jaipur, then Agra because if u haven't seen Taj Mahal you haven't been to India and all ur life is in vain.  And then my second motherland -Goa. So I start my story from Moscow.

I learnt a really universal rule from my last trip. " You have to forget about any plans in India otherwise they will be ruined". I think it works everywhere. If you want to make God laughing tell him about ur plans.

So, we arrived to the airport in Moscow and were told that our plane was replaced by smaller one and they didn't have any seats for us. We could wait in case if somebody didn't arrive or fly tmr. Nice start)))

I wasn't nervous cause I immediately switched to holiday mode and my intuition whispered me that everything is gonna to alright. My BF started to talk with representative of airline company and in a minute notice returned with happy face. As it appeared, we received two seats in President business class!!!

Our flight was delayed for couple of hours and when we got on board we understood that the start of our journey is perfect. We were offered champaign with foie gras. The huge seats were transformed into all possible directions- even horizontal. 7 hours had passed very very quickly and the captain announced that it's not possible to make landing because of strong fog and we would land in some city which is 300km from Delhi. That means that we miss our train to Jaipur and perhaps from Jaipur to Agra.

But eventually we landed in Delhi, took taxi to railway station. It was literally the road to hell. Fog was so strong and visibility was 100 m maximum. Railway station looked really contrasting especially straight after business class. All the floor was covered by people sleeping and waiting for the train. One guy came up to us and told that our train had been cancelled because of the fog.
Hello India!!!!
