The original picture comes from author. Scanned by me from the Kuroshitsuji Pocket Book included with the January Issue of G-Fantasy:

I've already made four batches of Kuroshitsuji [episodes 1-10, 16 and 17].
People liked more the last one. I don't know if you saw it.
