I'm about half finished with my proofread/rough edit of Soul Breakers (dear gods, I need a better title for that story. Everything that comes to mind seems to trite, though). Once I've finished it and gotten it typed in, it'll be ready to run through a crit circle, and maybe after that, it'll be ready for submission ( Read more... )

My father came out for a visit, and we briefly discussed the Howdunit books, which are an amazing resource for writers. I mentioned how sad I am that Armed and Dangerous: A Writer's Guide to Weapons is pretty much about guns.
