summary: Ueda didn’t know how it happened. It just happened. “Say that again, please. I am what?” he asked the doctor unbelieving. The doctor in front of him sighed “as unbelievable as it might sound, even for me, the examinations have shown that you are pregnant!” Ueda blinked, how could he be pregnant, he was a man for god’s sake.
Notes: I had the idea and started writing the story before Kokis departure, and I didn't want to change it, so I left him in, hope you don't mind ;

The tall man was about to answer, when the door of Uedas room opened, making everyone turn around. This time, before they could talk, the doctor held up a hand. “He calmed down, so he is alright, but please don’t agitate him so much. Stress doesn’t do him well at the moment.” He smiled when he saw someone behind the worried Idols. “Tamamori-San, it’s good that you’re here. You even brought little Natsuki-kun. Don’t ask, Ueda-San is alright. Though seeing Natsuki-kun will definitely make him happy.”
KAT-TUNs members, former or not, watched in wonder as a well-known Kohai appeared behind them. Further confusion was raised by the circa one year old boy in his arms and a grumpy Fujigaya that followed him. Tamamori bowed slightly, “That’s exactly why I brought him along. After Chinen-Kun called me and informed me that Ueda-Kun is in the hospital, I got worried. My ex-girlfriend had a similar situation after we had a big fight on top of stress at her work. I remembered that something happy and calming will help.” His boyfriend let out an exaggerated sigh. “Why do I have to tag along?”
Chinen who was just arriving, answered, “Maybe, because Tamamori-Kun didn’t want to be alone? At least, that’s why Yuyan is here. Besides, weren’t you worried too?” Rolling his eyes Takaki whispered, “I thought I was only the driver?” which earned him a glare from his boyfriend. If KAT-TN thought this couldn’t get even more confusing, they were evidently wrong. In front of them stood four of their Kohai, whom they had no idea how to connect with Ueda. With a small bow to everyone, HeySayJUMPs youngest member passed them and disappeared into the hospital room. Smiling, Tamamori followed with their boyfriends on his heels. The rest stood rooted to their place, totally stunned.
It took a shocked moment until the group shortly bowed to the doctor. Worried about their friend they reentered his room. They didn’t expect Ueda to be smiling with the baby in his arms, practically cuddling him. Around him stood the group of Kohai, who were seemingly talking to the patient. Upon hearing the door opening all five turned. Ueda gaped when he saw his former band member with the others. “Akanishi, what are you doing here?” Taken aback by that question, Jin growled. “What am I doing here? Something happened to you, why the hell shouldn’t I be here? You’re my friend, of course I’d come.” Ueda blinked before he blushed. “You didn’t have to. I told them I’m alright. How did you know I’m here anyway?” Jin looked at him confused. It was Junno who cleared his throat and answered while he blushed. “Maa, it was me who called him. I thought he should know, because like he said, he’s also your friend. You’re in a hospital Uepi, you collapsed. You really scared us to hell!” All eyes in the room were on him. Some were simply watching, some were looking at him unbelieving, but some smiled. Koki was the first to question what most of them were wondering about. “You’ve been in contact with Bakanishi? How did you even know his new number? Not to mention that you knew he was back in Japan. I mean, it’s been a while since we heard from him.”
Junno paled under his deep flush and his eyes became big. He glanced at Jin who glared at him. “You still didn’t tell anyone? You promised that you would at least talk to Kazuya. You promised Junno!” The tall man closed his eyes and gulped. “I’m sorry, but I couldn’t just tell him or one of the others without causing trouble for the band.” “I can’t believe this. Who is more important, really, KAT-TUN or me?” Akanishi was furious and practically spat those words. Nakamaru held up a hand, like everyone else not following. "Mind telling us what’s going on?" he questioned the blushing man. When Taguchi saw all of them watching him he gulped. Biting his lips he addressed Kame. "I...I should've talked to you right at the beginning. But I was afraid of your reaction, because I honestly have no idea where you stand concerning Jin. .." Before he could finish, Jin interrupted him. "Junno and I are dating, have been for quite a while actually. Deal with it!" Kame blinked at them, whereas the others gaped. After a moment JE's golden Boy cleared his throat. "Okay?! As long as you didn't cheat on him with me, I see no problem." Jin rolled his eyes but his boyfriend released a sigh of relieve. Without hesitation Junno went and pulled Kame into a breath taking hug. "I'm sorry! I wanted to talk to you about it, but it wasn't that long after your break-up. It definitely wasn't planned. If Jin hadn't run after me, I wouldn't even have thought about falling in love with him. Not to mention starting a relationship! I felt ashamed, because it was behind your back and so sudden. I didn't want to lose you as a friend!"
Kame was overwhelmed by all those feelings. In the end he started laughing before hugging his friend back. "I'm long over Jin. Our last fight was as best friends over his extreme egoism! We didn't part on bad terms. You could've told me." A smirk graced his lips. "Though I'm interested: How long have you been dating?" Jin laid an arm around Junnos waist, pulling him closer to give him a kiss on the cheek. Thinking about it he pressed his lips together. "Has it really already been a year?" His boyfriend nodded showing a shy smile. There were different reactions concerning this new information. Most of them gaped and some smiled. Koki was the one who frowned. "How did that ..." "Maybe we should concentrate on matters that are important?" Junno interrupted hastily.
Instantly everyones attention returned to Ueda. Embarrassed he hid his head in the hair of the child in his arms. Chinen was the first one to speak. “Senpai, what happened? Why were you hospitalized? Are both of you alright?” A choir of “Both?” echoed in the room. Nakamaru sighed, “That’s enough! There are quite a few questions. And I want answers to all of them!” He stared at everyone to underline his words. “First, who is that child Tamamori-Kun?” He indicated his head to the child in Uedas arms. Since Tamamori had first arrived with it, he addressed him. Realizing the confusion of mostly everyone, Tamamori blushed. "That's right, you don't know! That's my son, his name is Natsuki. He is from my Ex-girlfriend, if you're wondering. We parted before she knew that she was pregnant. After she realized, we talked about it and decided that she would keep him. She would be the one to raise him though while I simply paid child support. With my Job it was too risky otherwise. Also, Johnny-San wouldn't allow anything else. Well, for secrecy matters." His eyes became sad before he continued, "But a little more than half a year ago, around the time I started dating Taisuke, she had an awful accident on the way to work. She didn't make it, so I took him in." Those who didn't know were stunned by this revelation. Kame went to him and laid a hand on his shoulder. "Why didn't you talk to me? I could've helped you!" Jin snorted looking at his ex disbelieving. "He probably wasn't allowed. Didn't he mention something like that? I mean, what did you expect? A Johnnys Idol having a kid? Stop kidding yourself!" Junno stopped his boyfriends rage by pulling him in for a mostly chaste kiss. Rolling his eyes, Kame addressed his Kohai, "Is that true? He told you to act as if nothing happened? But at least your band knows, right?" Tamamori simply nodded as an answer.
"Well," Nakamaru sighed, "that's one question down! So on to you now my friend!" He focused his attention on Ueda. "You've got no chance to run away this time because we won't let you! Why are you here? Also, what has Nishikido-kun to do with all of this?" Silence filled the room with all eyes on the man on the bed. Ueda was lost and terrified until he felt a hand on his shoulder. When he looked up he saw Chinen smiling at him knowing. "Maybe you should finally tell them? You said that Nishikido-Kun was here, so I guess he knows? Doesn't that mean Kamenashi-kun also has a right to know? What was Nishikido-kuns reaction anyway?" Ueda blanched even more. He didn't know where to look so he kept watching the sleeping child in his arms. He was aware of being the center of attention and felt extremely helpless. On the other hand he knew that Chinen was right. Slowly he looked up meeting Kames eyes. Realizing that Ueda was watching him he pulled up an eyebrow. Sighing KAT-TUNs U gestured for his band mate to come closer. Once again he reached for the papers on the night stand. This time though he gave them to Kame. Whereas strained silence had filled the room while Ryo had read the papers, now it was filled with anticipation.
Kame read through them not once but two times disbelieving. Afterwards he lifted his head to gape at Ueda. "Are you for real?" He asked with a voice unreadable. Ueda gulped before he nodded. "So Ryo being here and seeing this means he could also…" Kame questioned further. At the mention of his ex, Uedas face darkened considerably. "You heard him! He says he's not, so he's not!" he spat forcefully. Taking a deep breath he handed Natsuki over to his father. "If I think about it he's probably right. It would go against all of his principles." Never had a conversation been more confusing for some of the others than this one. You could practically read it on their faces. Chinen noticed and giggled. "I think you should fill in everyone in this room to avoid misunderstandings." He helpfully pointed out. Ueda didn't understand at first but then realized the confused expressions of the rest of his bandmates and blushed. Kame on the other hand paid no attention to his surroundings. He was deeply lost in thoughts while staring at the papers in his hands. Not that anyone took notice of him.
Taking a glance at all of his guests, Ueda received concerned as well as expectant looks. He knew he had to finally tell them about everything. After all, he already told Kame. Rubbing over his face, he sighed. "Listen, what I'm about to tell you might sound impossible but it's true." Jin and Junno raised an eyebrow while Koki frowned. Nakamaru looked at him obviously worried. The others only waited. Ueda flinched when Kame grabbed his hand, probably for emotional support. Breathing in deeply he continued. "I'm pregnant despite being a man! And don't you dare ask how." Silence. What could one say to something so impossible? Funny enough, it was Jin who moved first. With a smirk he clapped Kame on the shoulder. "You're incredible! You knocked up Ueda, a man. How many more impossible things do you want to declare possible?" Kames answer was to blink at him. "Wait, you also think it's mine?" Jin frowned before he turned to Ueda. "It is Kames, right? There's no way its Ryos!" Ueda simply watched his hands not daring to answer, which was answer enough for everyone. Jin gaped at him with big eyes. "No way, that's harsh. I thought you loved Ryo! So why..." The patients head shot up. "What do you know? When did you last talk with Ryo? You've been away and know nothing about our relationship. Even less about me, since you decided we're an obstacle for your egoism. So shut your mouth! I'm pregnant and it was my decision to keep the child. No one else has any say in it. I'm going through this alone, because it was my mistake!" He huffed and gripped the sheets hard enough, so that his knuckles turned white. "I don't need help and my child doesn't need a father since none of the two possible fathers want a child. Especially with me! I'm quite capable to raise it on my own."
A slap left everyone in shock. Ueda held his cheek and like all of them, gaped at Tamamori. "Don't say something irresponsible like that. You're child has a chance to have both of his parents. So keep that chance open and leave his or her father a decision." He bit his lip when he realized what he did. "I..I'm sorry. It's just… you have no idea how hard it is to raise a child on your own. I'm not saying that you have to start a relationship, but I've told you that you should talk with both possible fathers. You searched advice from me and I ask you not to decide for your child, please." Fujigaya who had taken Natsuki out of his angry fathers arms, pulled said man into a half hug and calmed him with a kiss on his forehead.
Heavy silence filled the room until Kames whisper broke it. "You were going to tell me, right? I would've known about it before the child is born, right? I mean if you wouldn't have collapsed." Ueda turned away and looked out of the window. Chinen who noticed that he was about to cry stroked over his back for comfort. "Maybe we should leave you two alone so you can talk freely. Find your courage and be honest, okay?" Giving his friend one last comforting stroke, he addressed the rest of the room. "Come on minna, let's leave those two alone for a moment. Let’s go!" "You're right. There are too many people in here anyway." Tamamori smiled, when he said that. He gave Ueda a supportive nod before he dragged his boyfriend and son out of the room. Jin frowned, "I'm not leaving without a few answers. This wasn't nearly satisfying!" He got support from Koki. "Me neither. I mean, come on, you can't just tell us you're pregnant and then tell us to leave the room." Junno only rolled his eyes and casually ignored both of them. "I'm hungry! Hasn't it been a while since you last saw Jin? What do you think of going to the Cafeteria, Nakamaru? You can catch up with him while I'm eating." KAT-TUNs oldest member had to bite back his laughter at the faces of his two friends. He didn’t even try to answer because Junno was already pulling his reluctant boyfriend out of the room. Smirking, Nakamaru turned to the rapper. “He’s right Koki. It’s really been a while since we saw or heard from Jin. And I’m also quite hungry. So let’s go!” Koki had a chance to open his mouth in protest before he was pushed out of the room. Chinen chuckled at the antics of his senpais. Still smiling he took Uedas hand to squeeze it for support. Big eyes stared back at him, practically begging him to stay. Shaking his head he let go of the hand and left with Takaki following him.
Betrayed, that’s how Ueda felt. How dare them to leave him alone with Kame. They were going to pay for that. Definitely. Had Chinen really implied that he should tell Kame? No, he had to have heard wrong. Also, why did he hear about Junnos relationship with Jin only now? What was wrong with the world today anyway? Ueda flinched when the mattress dipped next to him. He didn’t dare to look up to see Kames disgusted face. Suddenly Kames hand was on his cheek and he tensed. “Tatsuya look at me!” He closed his eyes shaking his head. “Please?” Kame begged. Gulping hard, Ueda slowly raised his head. Surprisingly he noticed worry and hurt rather than disgust. A small forced smile graced Kames face. “Tell me, what happened between you and Ryo to cause today’s reaction? And what is my role in all of it?”
Biting his lip Ueda looked everywhere but directly into Kames eyes. This made his opposite sigh. “You have to work with me if we want to clear this up. I can’t understand if you don’t tell me.” A snort escaped Ueda. “It’s not as if you truly care.” Kame blinked surprised. “What? What are you talking about? Of course I care.” He received a glare. “Don’t act Kame, it’s just the two of us here. How close we may be as members and friends, in the end you’re just as egoistic as Jin!” He laughed sarcastically. “I mean come on, why do you think you were so depressed back then? You can’t fool me by saying it was because of Jin. Clearly the reason was his departure, but simply because it was a setback for our band as well as him not telling you about it. Jin made a decision without consulting almighty Kame that had to hurt your ego.” All Kame could do was gape. "Do you really believe that? Do you really think that I don't care? I wouldn't have slept with you if I didn't! Or do you also think that I'd sleep with anyone who is willing? Stop down grading both of us and give yourself some credit." He sighed and rubbed a hand over his face. "I don't understand anything anymore. But you're wrong if you think that I would leave you alone in a situation like this and wouldn't want any connection to the child. You can also believe me when I say it isn't out of responsibility! I however want to know why there are two possible fathers."
Ueda glared not willing to say anything, hoping to get Kame to give up. He soon realized that it was a lost battle because Kame wasn’t intimidated in the least and simply glared back. A feeling of surrender made him hide his face in his hands. “What do you want to know Kame? How I destroyed my relationship? How I’m about to destroy my career and my Life? How I…” His voice broke so he took a deep breath. “How much I love you? How much I’ve loved you for a very long time. How …” A sob escaped him. “How much of a coward I was? Much too scared to ever confess to you. Instead I went for the next person who made me feel save and loved. I hurt him Kame because he knew right from the beginning that I loved you. In the end he cheated because he couldn’t take it anymore and ended up hurting both of us. It’s not like I didn’t love him, I did, only not enough. Not as much as I love you.” Warm hands grabbed his and pulled them away from his face. One of those hands wandered to his neck. Suddenly he was pulled into an embrace that took his breath. “I’m glad I finally know. Yamapi was right. I should’ve talked with you more.” “What are you talking about?” Uedas head was pressed into the curve of Kames neck, so when his lips moved close to bare skin, Kame shuddered. Closing his eyes he pressed his face into the older man’s hair. “He found out about my feelings first after a drunken call I made and told me that you didn’t hate me. Said that I should stop being afraid and confess. That he was happy I finally let go of Jin.” He mumbled softly. Uedas eyes opened wide and he slightly pushed Kame away to stare at him. “Confess? Letting go of Jin? What are you…”
Kames lips landed on his successfully silencing him. Uedas eyes grew even bigger when it sank in that Kame was kissing him. After the initial shock made him freeze, he closed his eyes and responded. Slowly the kiss grew more intense until they had to break for air. Kame laid his fore head against Uedas, eyes still closed. "Stop crying Tatsuya, or I won't say it!" Something between a sob and a laugh escaped the pregnant man. "I have no idea what you're talking about. You have to say it clearly so that I'll understand it.” Kame smiled and opened his eyes. For a while he watched the beautiful man in front of him. Ueda had his eyes closed while tears were flowing down his face. Half a smile graced his lips which made Kame smirk. He grabbed Uedas face and gave him an innocent kiss on the lips. "Ueda Tatsuya, I love you with all my heart! I didn't really realize it until a few weeks ago. I thought you only tolerated me as a friend, even believed that you hated me most times. But trust me, now that I know you love me I won't let you go." He whispered, his hand reaching for Uedas stomach. "You both will have to bear with me, if you want or not." Suddenly he frowned. "Wait, you knew you were pregnant and continued with the practices and concerts?" Ueda, whose smile had steadily grown the more Kame said, started laughing loud at that accusing question. He opened his eyes and smiled brightly at his boyfriend. Yes, he could finally call Kame his boyfriend, Ueda thought with joy. He grinned when said man pouted for not being taken seriously. "I'm pregnant not an invalid, Kazuya. And I can't believe I just said that." A smile formed on Kames lips at the use of his first name. "Really, and that's why you're here." With that he pulled Ueda in for a kiss. Ueda couldn't help but smile into it. Maybe, just maybe being honest was the right choice.

Junno stopped his boyfriends rage by pulling him in for a mostly chaste kiss. Rolling his eyes, Kame addressed his Kohai, "Is that true? He told you to act as if nothing happened? But at least your band knows, right?" Tamamori simply nodded as an answer.
"Well," Nakamaru sighed, "that's one question down! So on to you now my friend!" He focused his attention on Ueda. "You've got no chance to run away this time because we won't let you! Why are you here? Also, what has Nishikido-kun to do with all of this?" Silence filled the room with all eyes on the man on the bed. Ueda was lost and terrified until he felt a hand on his shoulder. When he looked up he saw Chinen smiling at him knowing. "Maybe you should finally tell them? You said that Nishikido-Kun was here, so I guess he knows? Doesn't that mean Kamenashi-kun also has a right to know? What was Nishikido-kuns reaction anyway?" Ueda blanched even more. He didn't know where to look so he kept watching the sleeping child in his arms. He was aware of being the center of attention and felt extremely helpless. On the other hand he knew that Chinen was right. Slowly he looked up meeting Kames eyes. Realizing that Ueda was watching him he pulled up an eyebrow. Sighing KAT-TUNs U gestured for his band mate to come closer. Once again he reached for the papers on the night stand. This time though he gave them to Kame. Whereas strained silence had filled the room while Ryo had read the papers, now it was filled with anticipation.
Kame read through them not once but two times disbelieving. Afterwards he lifted his head to gape at Ueda. "Are you for real?" He asked with a voice unreadable. Ueda gulped before he nodded. "So Ryo being here and seeing this means he could also…" Kame questioned further. At the mention of his ex, Uedas face darkened considerably. "You heard him! He says he's not, so he's not!" he spat forcefully. Taking a deep breath he handed Natsuki over to his father. "If I think about it he's probably right. It would go against all of his principles." Never had a conversation been more confusing for some of the others than this one. You could practically read it on their faces. Chinen noticed and giggled. "I think you should fill in everyone in this room to avoid misunderstandings." He helpfully pointed out. Ueda didn't understand at first but then realized the confused expressions of the rest of his bandmates and blushed. Kame on the other hand paid no attention to his surroundings. He was deeply lost in thoughts while staring at the papers in his hands. Not that anyone took notice of him.
Taking a glance at all of his guests, Ueda received concerned as well as expectant looks. He knew he had to finally tell them about everything. After all, he already told Kame. Rubbing over his face, he sighed. "Listen, what I'm about to tell you might sound impossible but it's true." Jin and Junno raised an eyebrow while Koki frowned. Nakamaru looked at him obviously worried. The others only waited. Ueda flinched when Kame grabbed his hand, probably for emotional support. Breathing in deeply he continued. "I'm pregnant despite being a man! And don't you dare ask how." Silence. What could one say to something so impossible? Funny enough, it was Jin who moved first. With a smirk he clapped Kame on the shoulder. "You're incredible! You knocked up Ueda, a man. How many more impossible things do you want to declare possible?" Kames answer was to blink at him. "Wait, you also think it's mine?" Jin frowned before he turned to Ueda. "It is Kames, right? There's no way its Ryos!" Ueda simply watched his hands not daring to answer, which was answer enough for everyone. Jin gaped at him with big eyes. "No way, that's harsh. I thought you loved Ryo! So why..." The patients head shot up. "What do you know? When did you last talk with Ryo? You've been away and know nothing about our relationship. Even less about me, since you decided we're an obstacle for your egoism. So shut your mouth! I'm pregnant and it was my decision to keep the child. No one else has any say in it. I'm going through this alone, because it was my mistake!" He huffed and gripped the sheets hard enough, so that his knuckles turned white. "I don't need help and my child doesn't need a father since none of the two possible fathers want a child. Especially with me! I'm quite capable to raise it on my own."
A slap left everyone in shock. Ueda held his cheek and like all of them, gaped at Tamamori. "Don't say something irresponsible like that. You're child has a chance to have both of his parents. So keep that chance open and leave his or her father a decision." He bit his lip when he realized what he did. "I..I'm sorry. It's just… you have no idea how hard it is to raise a child on your own. I'm not saying that you have to start a relationship, but I've told you that you should talk with both possible fathers. You searched advice from me and I ask you not to decide for your child, please." Fujigaya who had taken Natsuki out of his angry fathers arms, pulled said man into a half hug and calmed him with a kiss on his forehead.
Heavy silence filled the room until Kames whisper broke it. "You were going to tell me, right? I would've known about it before the child is born, right? I mean if you wouldn't have collapsed." Ueda turned away and looked out of the window. Chinen who noticed that he was about to cry stroked over his back for comfort. "Maybe we should leave you two alone so you can talk freely. Find your courage and be honest, okay?" Giving his friend one last comforting stroke, he addressed the rest of the room. "Come on minna, let's leave those two alone for a moment. Let’s go!" "You're right. There are too many people in here anyway." Tamamori smiled, when he said that. He gave Ueda a supportive nod before he dragged his boyfriend and son out of the room. Jin frowned, "I'm not leaving without a few answers. This wasn't nearly satisfying!" He got support from Koki. "Me neither. I mean, come on, you can't just tell us you're pregnant and then tell us to leave the room." Junno only rolled his eyes and casually ignored both of them. "I'm hungry! Hasn't it been a while since you last saw Jin? What do you think of going to the Cafeteria, Nakamaru? You can catch up with him while I'm eating." KAT-TUNs oldest member had to bite back his laughter at the faces of his two friends. He didn’t even try to answer because Junno was already pulling his reluctant boyfriend out of the room. Smirking, Nakamaru turned to the rapper. “He’s right Koki. It’s really been a while since we saw or heard from Jin. And I’m also quite hungry. So let’s go!” Koki had a chance to open his mouth in protest before he was pushed out of the room. Chinen chuckled at the antics of his senpais. Still smiling he took Uedas hand to squeeze it for support. Big eyes stared back at him, practically begging him to stay. Shaking his head he let go of the hand and left with Takaki following him.
Betrayed, that’s how Ueda felt. How dare them to leave him alone with Kame. They were going to pay for that. Definitely. Had Chinen really implied that he should tell Kame? No, he had to have heard wrong. Also, why did he hear about Junnos relationship with Jin only now? What was wrong with the world today anyway? Ueda flinched when the mattress dipped next to him. He didn’t dare to look up to see Kames disgusted face. Suddenly Kames hand was on his cheek and he tensed. “Tatsuya look at me!” He closed his eyes shaking his head. “Please?” Kame begged. Gulping hard, Ueda slowly raised his head. Surprisingly he noticed worry and hurt rather than disgust. A small forced smile graced Kames face. “Tell me, what happened between you and Ryo to cause today’s reaction? And what is my role in all of it?”
Biting his lip Ueda looked everywhere but directly into Kames eyes. This made his opposite sigh. “You have to work with me if we want to clear this up. I can’t understand if you don’t tell me.” A snort escaped Ueda. “It’s not as if you truly care.” Kame blinked surprised. “What? What are you talking about? Of course I care.” He received a glare. “Don’t act Kame, it’s just the two of us here. How close we may be as members and friends, in the end you’re just as egoistic as Jin!” He laughed sarcastically. “I mean come on, why do you think you were so depressed back then? You can’t fool me by saying it was because of Jin. Clearly the reason was his departure, but simply because it was a setback for our band as well as him not telling you about it. Jin made a decision without consulting almighty Kame that had to hurt your ego.” All Kame could do was gape. "Do you really believe that? Do you really think that I don't care? I wouldn't have slept with you if I didn't! Or do you also think that I'd sleep with anyone who is willing? Stop down grading both of us and give yourself some credit." He sighed and rubbed a hand over his face. "I don't understand anything anymore. But you're wrong if you think that I would leave you alone in a situation like this and wouldn't want any connection to the child. You can also believe me when I say it isn't out of responsibility! I however want to know why there are two possible fathers."
Ueda glared not willing to say anything, hoping to get Kame to give up. He soon realized that it was a lost battle because Kame wasn’t intimidated in the least and simply glared back. A feeling of surrender made him hide his face in his hands. “What do you want to know Kame? How I destroyed my relationship? How I’m about to destroy my career and my Life? How I…” His voice broke so he took a deep breath. “How much I love you? How much I’ve loved you for a very long time. How …” A sob escaped him. “How much of a coward I was? Much too scared to ever confess to you. Instead I went for the next person who made me feel save and loved. I hurt him Kame because he knew right from the beginning that I loved you. In the end he cheated because he couldn’t take it anymore and ended up hurting both of us. It’s not like I didn’t love him, I did, only not enough. Not as much as I love you.” Warm hands grabbed his and pulled them away from his face. One of those hands wandered to his neck. Suddenly he was pulled into an embrace that took his breath. “I’m glad I finally know. Yamapi was right. I should’ve talked with you more.” “What are you talking about?” Uedas head was pressed into the curve of Kames neck, so when his lips moved close to bare skin, Kame shuddered. Closing his eyes he pressed his face into the older man’s hair. “He found out about my feelings first after a drunken call I made and told me that you didn’t hate me. Said that I should stop being afraid and confess. That he was happy I finally let go of Jin.” He mumbled softly. Uedas eyes opened wide and he slightly pushed Kame away to stare at him. “Confess? Letting go of Jin? What are you…”
Kames lips landed on his successfully silencing him. Uedas eyes grew even bigger when it sank in that Kame was kissing him. After the initial shock made him freeze, he closed his eyes and responded. Slowly the kiss grew more intense until they had to break for air. Kame laid his fore head against Uedas, eyes still closed. "Stop crying Tatsuya, or I won't say it!" Something between a sob and a laugh escaped the pregnant man. "I have no idea what you're talking about. You have to say it clearly so that I'll understand it.” Kame smiled and opened his eyes. For a while he watched the beautiful man in front of him. Ueda had his eyes closed while tears were flowing down his face. Half a smile graced his lips which made Kame smirk. He grabbed Uedas face and gave him an innocent kiss on the lips. "Ueda Tatsuya, I love you with all my heart! I didn't really realize it until a few weeks ago. I thought you only tolerated me as a friend, even believed that you hated me most times. But trust me, now that I know you love me I won't let you go." He whispered, his hand reaching for Uedas stomach. "You both will have to bear with me, if you want or not." Suddenly he frowned. "Wait, you knew you were pregnant and continued with the practices and concerts?" Ueda, whose smile had steadily grown the more Kame said, started laughing loud at that accusing question. He opened his eyes and smiled brightly at his boyfriend. Yes, he could finally call Kame his boyfriend, Ueda thought with joy. He grinned when said man pouted for not being taken seriously. "I'm pregnant not an invalid, Kazuya. And I can't believe I just said that." A smile formed on Kames lips at the use of his first name. "Really, and that's why you're here." With that he pulled Ueda in for a kiss. Ueda couldn't help but smile into it. Maybe, just maybe being honest was the right choice.
