I love soup, and tomato soup is one of my favorites. It's delicious, it's healthy, it's versatile and it's easy to make. Why torture yourself with a can of Campbell's when you can just make your own? So here's how I do it

I plan on attempting to make this soon. I am such a soup ho. Don't you hate it when you bust your ass making a meal and your kids give you the "I don't like this, I want a sandwich"? Man, I want to shank Reza when she does that shit.

Yeah and the best thing is that you can make your own crème fraiche too. It's super simple and takes like 5 minutes to prepare then the cultures do the rest of the work. You just have to make it a day or so ahead of time. Cheaper (and more fun) than buying it!

great recipe. I will have to try this some time. this looks damn tasty, and with it turning into fall over here already I'm sure this recipe will come in quite handy as I love me some tomato soup especially on those blustery days sure to come.
