Very cool! I also got my copy of Gothic: Dark Glamour yesterday - a nice surprise, I think it came out early. Was quite tickled to see your work in there as well.

Right on ~ I'm glad to hear the US printers have it ready now. They had a copy on display at the exhibit to preview, but FIT must have had to get it from one of the other countries where it was ready sooner... ironic that it was released in the UK before the US, but should be well worth the wait either way! I'm so happy you got a copy, and thank you for being so kind :)

Wow, that picture is getting everywhere! I guess it is the combination of a stunning dress on a stunning model who oozes Moticia-like looks that made them think "This picture IS goth!"

I think you nailed it with the photo too ~ I personally love the drama of her pose, combined with the gleam of the material which picks up the shine of her hair... Amazing how Nadya is able to photograph black clothing on a black background and still make it so distinct.

It is a great picture - technically brilliant as well as capturing a great pose...and yes, photographing black is so difficult!

I was going to email you but I guess this comment is just as on topic- would I be able to interview about the show for a new scene magazine I'm involved with that is soon to be released? Apparantly the editor has it being released worldwide after issue 0 (free uk pilot) and I guess it would end up in issue 2 now, or possibly 1 if I'm quick!
