On an email from the Art Fund:
"Titian's Diana and Callisto bought/Don't forget Mother's Day 18 March"
Given that Titian painting just bought by the National Gallery [of England] and National Galleries Scotland shows Diana condemning Callisto for being pregnant, it's an odd juxtaposition.

Odd how such things often pass arts institutions by. I found a Christmas card at the National Gallery last year which was a detail of sleeping disciples taken from "The Agony in the Garden". I'm not sure if "Lord, may this cup pass from me" is quite the right sentiment for a family Christmas...
