A lot of what helped me, and is helping me during trying times, is to do regular devotional work, meditative work, and connective work with my Gods. Setting aside time at least 15 minutes a day helped me. Performing a banishing and alignment working, such as the LBRP, or alignment to the Elements through deep breath and visualization, helps. I see these as tools that can help keep you moving even during long slogs in life. If you want to learn something else, I would start looking around at subjects like science, or philosophy, or something to do with your hands.
If you want to set up a circle for learning, I would recommend Covencraft by Amber K and The Circle Within by Dianne Sylvan. Both are good guides for different levels of practitioners, in my view.
