I woke up, thought it was 10am, showered and got dressed (not having many articles of clothing to choose from made this easy..) had a look out of the window and saw that it was dark. Yeah. So I made it to SF.

My plane to Boston was late, so by the time I had passed through immigration control, boarding for the SF plane had already begun 5 minutes ago. And I still had to

• Pick up my baggage
  
• Pass through customs
  
• Drop off my baggage
  
• Transfer (run) to another terminal
  
• Pass through security
  
• Board plane
