My team only finished 6th place at the NWERC, so I guess I won't be seeing those of you whom I would be seeing in Texas in Texas anyway. Oh, well. We can always try again next year, provided I continue to to grad studies. Is doing programming contests a good reason to study? I guess ( Read more... )

Too weird... I'm sitting in RCH, killing some time before class and I click the "XML" button on the livejournal main page, I'm scrolling through just to see what the XML shows, and I see the word "programming"... go figure, I stumble upon a fellow Waterlooer's LJ. People "stole the Natural Log from the MC"? What is that?

Hehe. Yeah. Waterluvians are pretty heavy on both the LJ and programming front. :)

The Natural Log is a log that was kept just outside of the Comfy Lounge. It is a log with integral{1/x dx} engraved on it. Very geeky.

Thanks for making me aware of a bug in my LJ style! Turns out that it was impossible to reply to an anonymous post.
