After six weeks of being a staggering cripple, today I get to wear shoes. Six weeks of wearing the post surgical boot thing, with a shambling gait because my feet were at different levels. My neck, back, hips, and knees hurting and off kilter, losing my balance at times, all because of the different heights on my shoes. Six weeks of no dog walks
