I'm fat. I know this. I don't mean in the "oh God I'm so bloated and hideous" neurotic way, but simply in the practical one. At coming up 15 stone which has been steadily gaining for the last five or so years, I am quite simply rather drastically overweight

I've found the most helpful thing for my food intake has been recognising what it is about a food I crave that I'm actually after. After a sticky bun? Am I just after the sugar? The carbohydrates? The raisins? Find more options by going for the subconscious desire over the concious one.
