Today definitely was a good day. I actually won a bunch of stuff (so you'll have to excuse the icon).

I've seen you mention triwizard_cup a few times and it's really starting to pique my interest. How exactly does it work? I've read the Info and Rules. From what I'm gathering is you make icons as a group (House)? How exactly? Does each member make a few and we all decide which ones to submit? Or each member makes an icon and they are submitted as a group?

Apologies for all the questions. I'm interested in joining but not quite sure how it works.

You actually make the icons by yourself and submit them (much like normal icontests). Voting is done anonymously, of course (otherwise everyone would just vote for their own house).

If you win, you receive housepoints, which are then added up with all the points your other house members might have achieved. After 8 quests the house cup gets awarded.

What I really like about this community is, that they always have a regular and a themed challlenge and the turn out is usually great (for quest 8 there where 30 icons for the regular challenge and 22 for the themed). That makes voting more fun too. And even if you don't win anything in a quest, chances are some other house member did and you get to be happy anyways. :)

Oh and I would suggest you join Slytherin (if you decide to sign up cause we totally rock), but I guess that's unneccessary in your case. ;)
