I had my annual review today, at work. And there was much with the "Good" and the "Amazing" and the "Really Great" and then, oh wow. Apparently the max raise they can give is 7% without special authorization from the higher ups. So they went and got authorization and convinced the VP to sign off on it and gave me seventeen percent
