i have photoshop CS, but i am a little stupid...
i feel that i should download these, but i dont know what they are...sorry for being so dense, but do you mind telling me what they are and what i can use them for?

You're not a moron :) It took me forever to learn when I first started.

Brushes make marks in the shape of whatever you have set. You probably use the circle or square brush most of the time. The ones above, instead of marking a circle when you click, will mark the nail polish, or the lipstick kiss, and so on :)

If you download the above, put it in a folder you can remember. Then use the instructions on this site:

anywhere you like :) Most people save them to C: -> Adobe -> Photoshop -> Presets -> Brushes.
