But the most of the watercoloring is done. I need to add his symbol in the lozenge over the 'C', the CK symbol to the one on the left, right?, left. And I need some ideas on the fill for the background of his name. Let me know what you guys think.

No, naughty, this is Randy's! You'll just have to let me know when they get around to slapping that flame belt on you. =)

Oh, they will catch you, when you least expect it. One day, minding your own business, deep in your cups, then Blamo! You wake up with an extra strip sharpied onto your belt and and a sore sternum.

Very very awesome!

Not sure what color will look good against the purple, but I'd think something bright enough to really make his name "pop". Maybe a shade of red?

Holy shit that is so rad!!! Luv it! I like orange personally but i don't want to ruin your stuff. How about since you scanned/photoged it already, just use photoshop to "colour" a test piece around it of different colours so you can try it out before actually doing it to the original.

That's a good idea, I'm not sure that I will use it for this one. But it would neat to try with future work. =)

Everyone who suggested Yellow is correct, but also remember originalkitsune's Orange, since it is the complimentary color of the blue sky around the box.

A technique for determining the complimentary color of any given color begins with staring at the original color, without moving your eyes (you can blink) until your eyes fatigue of that color (about 30 seconds or so). After your eyes are fatigued, immediately look at a sheet of white paper. Pay attention to the afterimage created by the unfatigued color receptors in your eyes, since it will be the complimentary color.

I believe it will be more pale than the true complimentary color (as it in effect mixes with the white paper), but with watercolors it should be easy to darken it.

This looks really good, and it even feels Medieval in so many ways. I have a degree in art, and I couldn't do your knot-work without it looking stupid to my eyes. And I love what you did with the tail.

Oh, and lotsa yellow in the fire bg if you do it, cause it's complimentary to the purple of his name and will make it pop out more.
