Some of them will be angry, sad etc. I think it more or less ties into the ways they died (on top of everything else that happened to them) that would shape them into their new personas. I don't think they're are evil, possibly indifferent.

Indigo lanterns= FANSERVICE FOR ALL

Star Sapphires..I'm more pissed that they're are no males among them.

Hal...I'm trying to like him (and Barry) but Johns is making it hard.

Yeah, see, that's one possibility, but I don't see emotional Black Lanterns as really working, because if they get all verklempt or angry or hopeful, wouldn't one of the other spectrums try to absorb them? Death, insofar as I can tell, is supposed to be about negation in this story, the total opposite of emotion. And what about cultures or societies where death isn't seen as negation at all? What if you resurrect someone who was happy when they died, believes in reincarnation, and when he/she/it/something else died, they were all "okay, see you guys next time around! Peace, baby. Stay cool." Either they'll make piss poor Black Lanterns (or possibly they won't be picked to be Black Lanterns, and Black Hand is going around making noises that he's singling out certain people to join the Back in Black Corps).

On the other hand, Scar -- who is already dead (I'm convinced of this) -- has an individuated personality. So we'll see.

So where will Scar find a body for Firestorm I? Last I checked, it was essentially turned to energy and absorbed by Jason.

Johns will do one of two things:

1. Think of an explanation that makes sense.
2. Ignore your very pertinent question completely and gloss it over.

Firestorm had the power of nuclear transmutation, amoung other abilities. So for example he could change your blood to gas, or encase you in a lead block or.... you get the idea. If he was written right, he was pretty much unstoppable.

As kitsunekaboom said to me below, you can sort of think of Firestorm as a walking philosopher's stone. Nuclear transmutation, etc., etc.

You know what? That's a REALLY good point. EVERYONE is doomed. That should be the byline for this event. "Everyone is doomed. The end."

And then DC kills everyone.
I'd be surprised, and respect them a bit more.
