"I've always tried not to be overwhelmed by size. I don't think its helpful. And I don't think its accurate. I don't think its truthful [that] just cause something's big means its better.

There's no denying however, I'm in The-fucking-Hobbit playing 'the hobbit'."

I know. LOTR trilogy are some of my all-time fave films. I'm sure this one will be great too!

(Ummmm I WANT TO MAKE LOVE TO THAT ICON. O_O)

Oh same here. I'm seriously partial to them because if it weren't for them (and the Bloom :D), LJ never would've existed for me. That's the fandom I started all this in.

Richard Armitage talking... ♥

I'm so happy for him. I'm not a LOTR fan but this film will do wonders to his career, hopefully.

lol I know, he can slay women with that sexy growl. RA is so the Viggo Mortensen of this group.

Wow. I didn't realize you weren't an LOTR fan. Gosh, LOTR was so long ago it was pre-LJ days. It was in the SD-1 days. I'm sure RA will have his pick of projects once this is done. It's kinda sad that his potential hasn't been realized on this side of the pond sooner. Of course, technically it hasn't happened yet.

SUSAN!!! [BIG BEAR HUG] Welcome back girlie-girl! Of course I remember you. Ah, the old days of SD-1.

I've been good. I still live in LA. After getting laid off a year and a half ago, I finally got hired full-time at Warner Bros. where I had been temping pretty much since I got laid off. And I'm planning on visiting New York City this summer with one of my old MN friends. I've never been. Oh, and for total randomness its pouring rain here in the land of eternal sunshine.

Just read your post. Congrats on graduating undergrad!!! Woohoo! I have a number of friends in the medical field, some are still in residency. I'm so excited you've returned. Sometimes you just need a break from the craziness of life. Do you get a break from school after these exams?
