By the way you say that your dreams are... kind of a mixture of your day experience, dreams, thoughts, aren't they? I also quite freaquently have this kind of dreams... Often they're quite easy to read...

My dreams do consist of certain things that I worried about during the day. When I actually dreamt of certain stuff which I might have thought about during the day, I know I'm worrying too much about something. It's rather like a hint to tell me to worry lesser and to think less ^^;;
