i saw my username and was like "OMG, WHAT'D I DO? D:" for a second, lmao.
yeah, the whole not getting 100% is something someone told me in my entry.
would it really not cancel your own votes out if you used both a landline and a cell phone?

Um... People get mad at you for voting for more than one contestant? Fucking fantards. That's ridiculous.

It doesn't cancel out your own fucking votes. The amount of votes a contestant gets lets the producers etc know how popular a contestant is. Even if they got a low number of votes and got voted out, the votes can still show that they had a consistent fanbase, and that can help them get a record deal.

Voting is about supporting who you like, not fighting so that they get some petty title that, for the most part, is ineffective. Only successful Idols were Carrie and Kelly anyway, and that's 2/7. This show isn't about winning.
