Not half a minute ago I just heard on the radio that Toronto has plans to change Halloween to "Orange and Black Day" for fears that people who identify as wiccans or people of other cultures might be offended, and apparently this is becoming popular across the US as well. It's not like it's a federal holiday or anything, so they can just get over it and call it Samhain if they wanna be proper. 'Orange and Black Day', I think, is more insulting.And too long to say.

I'm not sure, but they're going with the idea that Toronto isn't predominantly Christian or Jewish anymore and they don't want to offend other religious or non-religious beliefs @__@!
