No friggin' kidding! I remember the words of this lady who would hand out samples of candy in the store, saying everyone should stock up on gold and gold jewellry because the dollar is going to loose value...I think she was right @_@!

I fully am going to move to Trinidad and live with my grandmother. A simpler and quieter life is what EVERYONE needs @_@!

I've figured for a long time that everything was going to go down. It's just a matter of time before we have a full-blown disaster :{

I really hope so too! Like right now on every Canadian news page, and every web radio station they're talking about it. Canada is supposed to be going through it's own election but this top has been the talk all afternoon. My stepfather claims I personally have nothing to worry about, as I'm not buying a house and there will always be a need for retail workers, but I still worry...like I'm graduating in a few months and who knows if I or anyone will be able to find the profession they are looking for, based on their education?

On the bright side, no more inflation for awhile. Unless the government does something stupid like print more money.

However, for newly grads... this is gonna suck.
