Not a single thing. What specifically can you remember?

[She flips through the journal to check for any entries relating to cooking...]

I don't see any of that sort.

Is it worth remembering at all? I haven't seen any notable changes in Luceti that could have happened during that 48 hours.

If there were any changes they could have been modified to be erased as well. The best way to prove that nothing happened is leave no evidence of something happening.

That's exactly my point. If whatever happened isn't affecting the present then I'm not going to waste my time theorizing about it.

Then you're content with letting two whole days of your life be erased from history? That's quite the gap.

Are you so easily slain, Bernkastel?

[Wryly. Perhaps a little leading like, but he's fishing right now]

Though if that were the case, perhaps it was merely a terribly dull period.

[oh, hi ciel. your pride all better yet?]

I'm not sure. I can't remember anything, so I'll be happy to get back to you about it.

Whether something is dull or not is for me to decide on my own.

One might take that answer as being defensive.

[Like he was. His poor pride :C]

...Nothing at all?

[Because he can't either. It's vexatious]

Today would be perfect for my schedule.

I would invite you for tea but I don't think Ciel will go out today, could we meet somewhere in the village?

Let us meet in the restaurant then. It should be warm enough to keep us both comfortable.

You met Santa? [Really should not be so ready to believe her.]

What's he like?

Do you think he'd be susceptible to bribes?

Jolly, but without a spine.

Bribes? I'm not certain on that. He does seem fond of cookies and milk.
