K-9 IS THE GREATEST COMPANION OF THE DOCTOR'S EVAR!!!!
Why is he the greatest companion you ask?
Not only is he man's best robot friend, being incredibly loyal to his Master and Mistress(es) he is witty, smart! I mean, he can drive a fucking row boat!
He's adorable, particularly when he's insulting other machines (or The Doctor), and he shoots fucking lazer beams, always saving The Doctor! My boyfriend explains Who like this "It's just a show about the Doctor Who guy sitting around while K-9 has to do all the work."
God K-9's great.
Eh...other characters? In Naruto I have always loved Rock Lee. He's the whole reason I started to actually like the series. When I saw him during the Chunnin exams.
I also like Fred and George (more Fred than George) from HP.

When he was good he was SO good, but when he was bad...ah, I loved his insanity. It didn't matter to me either way. He was the perfect character. And since I heard a rumor that Heroes is getting a reboot (only with new characters I've decided it's time for a marathon.
I mean, he has the ability to make you want to piss your pants and can flip the script and made you want hold and comfort him. If that isn't a damned good character then what is?
